This new construction, tastefully appointment custom built luxury home boasts the most amazing 35' zero entry HEATED in ground swimming pool that is sure to be a crowd pleaser for your entire group!

***Pool heated to 85 degrees from March 15-October 31. The pool is winterized from November 1-March 14.***

Tickled Pink is located between two public beach access each about 5 minute walk away. We are also steps away from an inlet access. We provide beach chairs and a wagon for your convenience.

This home is brand new and very tastefully appointed. Four decks allow for views in every direction whether you want to take in a sunrise or a sunset.

Our two living rooms allow your whole group to spread out and smart TVs keep you entertained during those rainy days.

Tickled Pink boasts a dining table with 10 matching dining chairs. Our new kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a small island with 3 stools in addition to our famous Pay-It-Forward Kitchen pantry.

In addition, we offer a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options.

We are dog-friendly at Tickled Pink, but consider each dog on a case-by-case basis so please tell us about your pup. If you are looking to bring your fluffy friend, we request a $200 refundable pet fee. Plus, please provide us with some details so we can discuss our pet rules further (no dogs on the beds, please). We cap the pet stay at 2 dogs, and at this time are not equipped to allow cats in the home.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
