Introducing Mayberry Memories: our brand new, built in 2024, addition to our NCEscapes family of luxury vacation rentals located on Grantite St just ½ mile to Main St, the Amphitheater, the Andy Griffith museum, the shops, restaurants and so much more. The Mill Creek General Store and Deli is less than a block away.

Hot Tub will be arrive and be installed May 17, 2024 and photos will be updated by May 18,2024. Professional photos will be taken and updated by June 10,2024.

Our open concept living room features two full sized leather sofas, a club chair, and a 65” Samsung Smart TV and plenty of board games.

Our new kitchen boasts brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a large island with 4 chairs in addition to our famous Pay-It-Forward Kitchen pantry.

Two luxury folding twin beds are located in the Ensuite walk in closet across. We find our guests much prefer this option to a sleeper sofa.

-Second Full Bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is next door to Bedroom 2 and has hall access.

Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns prior to booking. We welcome friends and family, and the primary renter for each group must be 25 years or older.

We will consider up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs for an additional refundable fee of $200. Tell us about your dog(s) and let’s decide together if he/she is a good fit for our home. We’re sorry that we’re unable to allow cats.

No smoking or vaping.

Please note that this is NOT a party house and we ask that guests be respectful of our neighbors and observe the community quiet hours of 10pm - 8am. Thanks for understanding!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
